What products are featured in Q BOX?

The Q Box features beauty, fashion, accessories, home products, Brands are mainly from Japan or Korea. Every month, our oversea teams select cute and fun items to be featured in our boxes, these products all come in full size. Don't forget the monthly box always includes a piece of high quality Jewelry.

How many item will be in the Q Box?

Q Box includes 8-12 full size items and occasionally there are some additional surprises!

What countries do you currently ship to?

We're currently ship to all countries, shipping rate different.

When will I receive my monthly boxes?

We ship out the monthly boxes for pre-order or pre-paid plan customers by 20th of the month.
Other orders, we'll ship out in one week after order been placed. 

When am I billed?

You are billed when you first sign up.  There is no recurring bills. 

Do I have to order my box month by month?

Yes! Since we don't do recurring billing, you need to return and order for your next month box.Please note, our monthly box is quantity limited, and gone really fast. You can choose a pre-paid plan for 3-month or 6-month, ensure get this cute and fun box every month on time.

What if my products arrive damaged?

We try our best to package everything carefully. However, in the case that a product does arrive damaged, please contact us at service@getqbox.com immediately so we can try to resolve the issue.

What if my box Failed Delivery?

Delivery failures might result in packages being returned for the following reasons:(please be advised that Q box is not responsible for any failed deliveries)

A. Incorrect address.

B. Absence of the recipient/ address.

C. Returned package due to customs.

Full refunds excluding the shipping costs may possible for a failed delivery item. Please send us an email at service@getqbox.com to confirm.

Or if you would like to reship your returned package, please send us an email at service@getqbox.com for detail.

Can I return my box and receive a refund?

We do not currently accept returns of Q boxes, and any box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund.

Can I cancel a placed order and receive a refund?

All Q box purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. 

Can you accommodate the products in the box if I have allergies?

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate our product selections based on allergies. Our products come from popular brands and have been tested for safety. Please try to read the ingredients label on our featured products to decide if they’re appropriate for you. If by any chance you have known allergies to any of the products in our boxes, we would suggest passing that product on a friend so they can get a taste of the good stuff!  

Customs

Since Q box is shipped from Canada, deliveries might be subject to additional fees such as import taxes and customs duties. Unfortunately, these charges are outside of Q box's areas of responsibility, and we encourage you to contact your local customs office for estimates on any such potential charges.
